Hello, and thank you for stopping by. I've had the pleasure of working for a wide range of companies in various industries—everything from start-ups to your large and mega corporations. Over the past 25 years, I have witnessed numerous strategies and business models aimed at addressing the most complex challenges. I enjoy working with other talented professionals to take a project from idea to implementation. As a lifetime learner, I've enjoyed picking up a few certifications along the way.

Hands On Executive Leader
I've had steady career progression from specialist, to analyst, to leadership roles up to Vice President and executive team member (Check out my LinkedIn). This led to having a deep understanding of of all things HR. Meaning, I can do the strategic planning, as well as the hands on day-to-day tactical items to get a project or task done.
One thing you'll quickly learn about me is that I can geek out in Excel with massive spreadsheets and complex formulas as well as present to the Board or discuss various strategies to approach a particular plan, program, or policy.
California + USA + Global Workforce
Until recently, I have spent my entire career in California and am thus an expert in California laws. In addition to California, I have worked for companies that have employees in all 50 states. Some states have more unique laws the others, but regardless of the state, I can help you with your nationwide workforce. As for globally, I have supported the following locations:

- China, Philippines
- Germany, United Kingdom, Serbia and more.
From San Diego to Knoxville, Tennessee
In 2024, our family moved to the beautiful Knoxville area in Tennessee. As part of this move, I transitioned my career to consulting, sharing my knowledge and expertise to other organizations both in-person and remotely.
What I do in my free time
I enjoy traveling, horseback riding, hiking, volunteering at the animal shelter, and making handmade bath & body products. Every trip we go on, I will always try to sneak in a long scenic horseback ride. This is my "chicken soup for the soul" activity.
