I offer both. Most of my consulting is conducted virtually. However, I can travel to your location for projects/trainings that need to be conducted in person. I am located in the Knoxville, TN area and can travel locally as well. All travel is at the client's expense. 

Engagements may be structured hourly, project-based, or on a retainer basis depending on the scope, timeline, and level of support needed. We can discuss the best structure during the consultation. 

My hourly rate varies, depending on the project. I offer discounts to not-for-profit organizations and for mid- to long-term engagements. 

I am located in the Eastern time zone. However, most of my clients are in California. So I am often working west coast hours. I am generally available between 8am - 8 pm (ET) / 5am - 5 pm PT and will work with you if you need availability during your time zone.
